The night had been quiet till disturbed by a pair of footsteps on the cobble stones of the grand mansion. The mansion stood tall in it's glory, still holding up against all of the earth's harsh elements. The wind had picked up since Gabriel and Alethia had made there way to the mansion and the low grumble of thunder could be heard overhead. He knew the rain was coming soon. Gabriel beckoned to Alethia to fallow him. Unlike her, every move he made was smooth and graceful. It was a given when you were a predator.
"This place is a bit old fashioned." he said to her gently as they reached the grand doors. He opened it easily and a rush of warm air greeted them from the inside. He held the door open for her and then a down pour of rain began. Even in the rain, nothing could mask the human scent off of her. He could feel a burning in his throat from his need to sedate his thirst. His inner demon was become impatient.

She was picking up her pace, equally matching gabriel's. The wind around them become harsher and held a colder tint as she pushed herself down the cobble stones. Her eyes lifted upwards at a mansion that was the most amazing site she could have imagined. Alright so he houes back home wasn't as nice as this one. It was older, not something most people now-a-days would live in. Ale's was up-to-date. But this mansion..she loved. Once she wasn't paying attention, her movements became softer and more graceful. She wakled on the stones with an eased grace, her feet following the movements without hesitation. Her eyes still fastened to the huge mansion, as she caught his vocals. She didn't look at him this time, she just smiled. ----- Shocked. the rain was just as cold as the wind as she put her arms above her head. She stopped walking, as she let a light laugh from her lips grace the night. The thunder cracked across the sky with a brilliant flash. Putting her hands outwards towards the sky, she lifted her head, letting the rain wash onto her. Taking a look at gabriel she fetlt the warmth of the house, and quickly made it into shelter. Stopping at the door, as she was wet. She moved her shoulders. "Couldn't help myself." she said as she made her way through the doors. She waited though before proceding. She didn't want to make tracks of wet steps through his mansion. I was huge..who would want their house to have wet marks everywhere. Looking back, she let the warm wrap around her. Closing her eyes she took in a deep breath, strands of golden hair looked darker as they clung to her facial features. ----- Taking a glance around, she was shocked. The house was just as beautiful as its outside. "It's different." she said in admired tones which were casted around the house. Ale was gorgeous with her wet hair strapped to her face. Her body was etched in pefection as she wanted to wander the place, wanting to get lost. She waited though. [/blockquote]

Gabriel's grey eyes had watched her as she let the water fall over her. Even his silver hair became matted against his head. He had chuckled at the sight of her. She was someone that seemed so full of life and that enjoyed it. Many people just took the life they had for granted. Nobody knew when their life would end. People died without warning usually. It seemed like the rug was pulled out from under them. You could have cancer with 6 months to live or a car to take a roll and stop you dead in your tracks.Maybe it was the little moments that Alethia seemed to take in,that made him like her more.
Once inside he took off his jacket and threw it on the couch that sat between the stairwell that opened up from two sides. There was one grand chandler in the center that lit up the room. Candles rested in holders and torches lit the hallways. It was the lighting he preferred. Regular lighting was harsh on his sensitive eyes,"Make yourself comfortable. Would you like anything to drink." he asked politely as he ran his hand threw his hair,"Maybe some dry clothes" he said with a smile. He didn't have any women's clothing, but he wouldn't mind letting her barrow a shirt and some sweat pants.

She watched as he removed apart of his clothing, noticing he threw it on a couch where open space was not needed. Smirking as he did so, she decieded to follow his own decison. Smirking she withdrew her jacket from herself and threw next to where his jacket layed. Letting her eyes follow the floor to the lighting. Candles. A softness swept over her face and form as she released a sigh. It was almost something to awe at. Another thing to awe at was the way he moved his hands through his hair. Feeling herself stare, she broke away her gaze and looked around the house. Almost wanting to yell to see if it echoed. "A drink would be wonderfull" she said, something to warm her up. Smirking as she let her fingers grab ahold of her shirt as it fell. Her black bra slightly viasble from the front. Adjusting her shirt, she rolled her eyes. "As for those dry clothes. It would be a yes" she said as she released her shirt. Warm clothes would help and she would feel comfortable. ----- So far nothing had gone wrong with the night. She moved her feet and she felt water in her heels. Sighing, she bent over. Her fingers lacing onto the zipper as she unzipper the side of the black boots. Letting her feet slide from them. For being clumsy earlier, she was being very graceful now. Things change. Kicking her shoes to the side, as to make sure no one would trip over them. Like herself. She straightened herself up. "Lead the way, otherwise your mansion might lure me into some adventure i shouldnt get into." she said as she took another glance around. ----- the ceiling was high, the lighting was gorgoeus. The furniture. Just everything it was all placed perfectly. It looked as if no one had ever touched anything, like that was where it was made and everything. The place pleased her. It was something she found enjoyable. [/blockquote]

The house had just as much as a lovely interior as it's exterior. Outside the lawns were manicured to look there best and as was the inside. Nothing was out of place. Perhaps the only thing that was different was the kitchen. It had been modeled to resemble the mansion's older appearance, but the appliances exposed that it was was more updated then it looked. Also a couple a plasma screens could be found throughout the house. This was the place where Gabriel spent his days or faced being killed by the sun. His home wasn't what people read in books. There was no coffin he slept in and he didn't have three wives that hunted his visitors. Cob webs didn't line the wall the corners of the rooms, with dust settled over every object. Minus the vampirism, it seemed like the home of a wealthy person. Vampires just had taste in missions and a eternity to build up wealth.
Gabriel could see Alethia take in her surroundings. If he had been human, taken to such a place, he would be in awe as well. This kinda of place didn't seem to exist anymore. His eyes had glanced at Alethia and he had caught glimpse of the bra through her shirt . His gaze had traveled up to her throat and to her face. He averted his eyes quickly. Had he of been human,he might of slightly turned pink on his cheeks. The moisture of her skin and the warmth of the inside of the mansion made her scent thicken the air. It was like a drug that made his throat burn.
"This way." he said with a smile and started up the right side of the marble staircase. Reaching the first level he turned left to some double doors. He turned both the handles and swung the doors open,"Big house. Plenty of rooms. You'll never know when you'll need it." he said with amusement in his voice. The floors were made of a polished dark wood. The room had a bed with a white canopy. The bed sheets were made of fine silk and and had a cream color. There was a small night stand with a lit candle and tv remote on top. A fire was alive in the fire place. Above it was a large plasma screen. There was a balcony with closed doors where the moonlight was filtering through the glass,"And I will be back." he said excusing himself and left the room and was out of view.
With his vampire speed it didn't take long to get some spare clothes and fix a cup of hot chocolate. He waited long for a small length of time before entering the room. He still had to take as much time as a human would to get around the mansion,"A t-shirt and sweat pants and I hope your not allergic to milk or chocolate." he said with a grin as he approached her and held out the clothes and mug.

She followed without a single sound while gabriel took her up the right flight of marble stairs. It was a nice place, everything was well done. There was only one conclusion ale could agree with herself. Gabriel had money..or he killed the previous owner of this house. The stairs were smooth as she left her last footsteps leave their existence and stop at two doors. Resolute with one another. Not thinking, her feet did the talking as they brought her into a room. Her eyes swept over the bed, the firplace the t.v and the floors. Gorgeous. The only thing though that held such a beauty of interest to ale, was the way the moonlight filtered into the room through the balcony doors along with the way the fire brought more life and heat into the grand room. Turning her head as she nodded to gabriel why he left her alone, here. Looking around, she walked to the fire place. Letting the warmth of the devil flames heat he body that carried droplets of water. The heat was welcomed as she placed her hand on the opposite side of her hip. She looked up at the ceiling. Now this was a house to show off. . ----- Letting her eyes wander, she watched the moonlight. Walking gracefully across the dark wooden floors. Barely making a sound, she crossed into the silver rays given by the moons light. The silver light illuminated her form and face, as she became a rare sight to see. She let her sight wander from the balcony to the sky above. The thousands of stars that spoke silently, the moon that lit the way to a new life. Releasing a sigh. The feeling she felt..was new. Different. She enjoyed it. She didn't have sharp hearing, but she heard something. Turning swiftly she faced gabriel as he brought himself back into the grand room. Though this time he was not empty handed. Taking the clothes and hot chocolate from him. She smiled towards him. "As far as i know i'm not allergic to either.." she said as she brought the warm glass to her lips. Letting the warmth of the drink slide down her throat, making her stomach lurch with warmth as it spread throughout her body. Tilting her head in another thankful gesture, she lead her way to the bedside where she placed the glass down. Throwing the clothes she had just been given on the bed. "Oh and thank you by the way" she said before turning her back to him. ----- Her fingers laced through the buttons on her black tank. Fingers reaching the bottom of the shirt as she pulled it off of her upper body. The wet clothing clung only slightly. Removing her shirt, she placed it on the end of the bed making sure not to get the sheets of the bed soaked. Fingers pulled the laced straps of her black bra, back onto her shoulders. Grabbing the shirt she pulled it on over her head. It was a little big, but she could still pull the shirt off. Unbuttoning her pants, the wet jean clung to her legs, as she pulled out of them and threw them where she put her wet shirt. She wore a normal pair of black boy shorts. Grabbing the sweats, she laced each leg into a legging and pulled them on. The waist fit well so they wouldn't fall off. "Much better" she said she she brought her hair down onto her shoulders. Grabbing her wet clothers she placed them by the fire place. The clothes fit well enough, for fitting in a guys clothing. She looked good. Walking back to grab her cup she placed hreself by gabriel and the fireplace. Looking upwards at him with a curiosity in her eyes. "Now what?" She wouldn't mind if he wanted to go to bed, hell she would stay by the fire and warm herself. But maybe he had other plans. Raising the cup to her lips she took another sip or the warm drink. Letting it warm her even more. [/blockquote]

The room was beautiful. He had been very particular to restore the grand mansion to it's original state when he had bought it. It had taken well over two years to bring it to life and then add electricity for the appliances and tvs. It had been well worth the wait and it had brought some excitement to his never ending life. It had given him things to do. The mansion even had a library that was lined with hundreds of books and priceless artifacts and paintings that only he had possession of after over a hundred years of wandering. He had read many books in his life time,"No problem."he said with a genuine smile.
Gabriel walked away to the fireplace and stared in the flames. He wanted to allow Alethia her own privacy as she changed. He doubted he could control himself if he looked at her now. He needed her blood. He can only imagine what it would feel like to run down his throat....what it would taste like.
He heard her come up next to him and he turned towards here. The way she looked at him,he knew he could never hurt her. There was something about her that he could never dream of hurting her. She smelled devastating wonderful, but he knew he could control himself. He had to feed. His grey gaze fell into hers. They weren't penetrating, but dilated. The look he gave her was gentle and calming. He was weaving a spell. One that would get her to come to him and submit. Not many vampires offered this glamour. You might call him a 'good' vampire,"Your not tired?" he said in a velvety voice. You could call it magic, but it wasn't like he could take the form of a bat.

Comfortable. That is what exactly she felt. No worries about being in a new place and new surrondings. Not caring that she had just meet this guy. She didn't care..it seemed the way his eyes connected to hers. It almost put a thick fog of momentary pause into all those negative thoughts. She had nothing against, hell she loved the feeling that she was feeling now. She wasn't going to push back, just go with it. She felt her frame submit into a calmed relaxed position. Her face became soft and gently. His voice that spoke to her was as light as the moons silver strands, silk and light. She could feel her heart almost jump a beat as she found herself taking a step closer into him. She didn't touch his body against her, oh though how much she wanted to. She seemed to pause...if only she knew she would for a minute or two. She felt her eyes meet his once again. The warmth of the fire came against her smooth skin, the heat felt good. ----- "Only a little. It's difficult to fall to sleep in a knew place. Alone.." her tones were soft and smooth. No hesitation. She had never heard herself speak with such poise before, usually she would say something else. But right now she couldn't find anything else to say, besides what she had just spoken. A small gently smirk penetrated the left side of her soft velvet lips. She couldn't help herself in the least bit. Noticing her fingers had laced the cup, she still held the cup. Smiling back at him she wanted to put the cup down. She just couldn't lead herself to do so though. So didn't want to move and in that she wouldn't let herself move. Shifting her body in the smooth movment of a snake, she took her gaze away from gabriel. ----- Her eyes found life in the flames of the heat. The illuminated light graced each curve of her facial features. Her eyes glowed. She moved her hand to her hair, pushing strands away from her face. She looked upwars at him, her eyes grazing his own. This time she didn't take her look away. She stayed that way, her hair wrapped around her shoulders and down her back. Letting the light wrap around her. [/blockquote]

Everything seemed to alive. He could hear the rustling of the the wind outside, the howling of the wolves, but the loudest sound was Alethia's heartbeat. It was as if someone had raised the volume on a stereo next to his ear. His demon was pacing back and forth. It pulled at it's restraints, wanting to be release on the human before it. Unfortunately for his demon, as a person, Gabriel wasn't a mindless bean that killed for pleasure. He did not drink to harm anyone. With years of his thirst,he had been able to build up his tolerance.
Gabriel could see the look on her face that proved that the spell was slowly lowering her defenses,"I can promise you that you are safe here." he said with a smile,in a voice that was as smooth as honey. His words were true. No harm would come to Alethia. He would not allow it. He watched Alethia. He watched the warm fire illuminate her features, giving her a beautiful glow. Her gaze met his again. He continued to work his spell. All he wanted was to get her in a state that put her almost in a high. He knew that his bite would turn her world upside down,"Would you like me to take that for you?" he asked smoothly.

His voice echoed through her head. I can promise you that you are safe here his words...she nodded to. It was then she seemed to trust him. She seemed to trust someone she knew nothing about. That rarely happened. Her lips graced a sweet serine smile as she took a deep breath, her chest heaved. She wanted to think of a millon places she'd rather be than here, but she couldn't think of anything. Her mind almost went blank. She felt in a trance, she wanted to feel herself closer to him. She wanted to feel his voice in her ear, she wanted to just hear him speak. His voice was a lullaby almost..something she would drown so many times to hear. would you like me to take that for you she glanced down at the glass that she grasp harshly without her knowing. Slightly biting her lip, she smiled. "Um. Yea please." she spoke, as she let her hand lead them towards him. Allowing him to take the glass. ----- She could feel herself loosing herself into him. Once she took another step into him, she took her glance to the side before looking back at him. If he wasn't going to take this glass from her soon, she was sure as hell she was going to let it fall between them. "If you don't take the glass soon...im sure ill let it touch the floor." she said in almost sarcastic smooth tones. Right now she didn't care about anything, but garbiel and what he said. The storm had cleared up outside since earlier. The swelled moon was clearly visible in the sea of stars. They each twinkled in delight with around the moon. Stars seemed to special because you only saw them at night. The day only offered UV rays, clouds, and blistering heat. The moon,on the other hand, offered a gentle touch. The moon was never harsh on your skin and it had a other worldly appearance. It was perfect for other worldly creatures. It cloaked them from the human eye and allowed them to maneuver in the night where they were able to blend in perfectly.
Gabriel could see the spell taking effect. He could see it in her eyes and her expression. He smiled and relieved her of the glass and placed it on the fireplace mantle. Now it was time to bring her in,"Come her for a moment Alethia? Please." he said asked gently, holding out his hand to her. He knew he was cold to the touch. He was a older vampire. He was more powerful than he seemed, but he took his time with the people he fed from.

She didn't care that the weather outside had turned from a storm to something amazing and breath taking. She didn't turn to look at the visible lines of the silver rays casted down from the moon. The didn't care about the flames of the fire or the heat that as welcomed on her skin. She didn't care about anything around her, though everything around did seem to giev off a better feeling. Smiling as he took the cup from her hands, glad that she didn't have to worry about dropping it on the nice dark wooden floors and soon becoming a unwanted guest. Her eyes followed his movements as he placed the cup on the mantel or the fire place. Her gaze following back to his eyes which held her interest. Come her for a moment Alethia? Please his voice made her breathing come into little movement. Her eyes scanned down to his hand, as she started to move her own into his. Barely touching his skin, a prick of cold rushed up her arm sending goosebumps to her. Slightly pulling her hand back, unsure of what just happened. She gave gabriel a questoning look, before letting his eye drag her in. ----- Her hand gently touched his skin. The cool of his hand made her close her eyes. Her breathing became sharp, as she felt her feet bring her closer into him. Her heart pounded, for some reason she didn't know. She still closed her eyes, as she soon found her body easily touching his. Without hesitation she didn't pull herself away. She tilted her head and looked up at him. "You brought me in..so i'm here.." her tones were soft. "What is it that you'd like gabriel." she let his name lift from her tongue swiflty. Her movements soft and poise as she still held onto his hand. [/blockquote]

The demon was pulling harder and harder at his control. It was trying to coax him to submit to his will and let it go for the human. Everytime he rejected the demon's request, it sent a wave of pain throughout his body. It was like sharing one body with two people. One was just blood thirsty and mindless, while the other was collected and humane. If there was one thing Gabriel wanted to hold on to,it was his humanity. Drinking blood obviously took away from human morals, but he did the best he could. It was like eating a cow. When you have to eat,you have to eat. A human doesn't give a second thought to the steak on their plate. So to put it in perspective, human equals the cow in this equation. But Alethia was different. Gabriel did not view Alethia as just a meal.
He had felt her flinch away when she felt the coldness of his hands but she settled down after a moment. Out of habit he put his arms protectively around he waist,"Just relax." he said softly against her lips when he lowered his own to hers. To her this would seem like nothing but a dream. He got his right hand and traced it down her jaw and then to her chin. He tilted her head away from him, baring her throat. He trailed kisses down her jaw and to her throat. By now his fangs had grown sharp and stopped around the middle of his lower lip. Without another word he dug his fangs into her neck. He knew she would feel a prick ,but it would be fallowed with ecstasy.

The strength of his arms wrapped around her waist made her body fall into a sensible state, and the minute he spoke. All doubts were gone. She wrapped her own arms around his upper chest, letting her hands wrap to his back, fingers lacing. She took a deep breath, holding it as he came forward. She didn't pull away, she didn't pause. She went forward and meet with his own lips. Her eyes were closed and she pressed her lips against his, her hands on his back pushed him closer to her. The movement and graceful figure of his hands that traced her chin had the effect of goosebumps. She swallowed her salivia she she felt her breath caught in her chest. As the kisses were trailed down her throat, she bit her bottom lip gently. Leaning her neck open more to him, she still held him close to her. He wasn't going anywhere. ----- A sudden gasp was given through her lips as she opened her eyes. But soon she closed them again. Biting her lip harder this time. Her body was lost and incontrolable. She had never felt anything like this before. It was something she didn't want to end. Herd hand grabbed his back, almost begging him to come closer. If that were possible. She felt her heartbeat race and her pulse race. The prick was over and replaced with something she was gasping for. Letting her chin turn to his shoulder. She let her lips touch his shirt as she lead kisses over his shoulder. Leaning more so her neck was bared even more. She had nothing to say, she didn't want to say anything. Her breathing was deep. She could feel her knees almost buckle. She didn't want to stand damn it. She wouldn't stop though, she woulnd't pull away. Only pulls him closer. [/blockquote]

The night seemed to become so much clearer. It was as if his already hyper sensative sense were on over drive. Her blood was better than he expected. It drove him wild. His demon was so pleased and was like the devil on his shoulder. It was telling him how good she tasted. How he should never let go. That he wanted every last drop. He felt her grab at him as he drank. It felt as good for him as for her.He knew the promise he made her. He would keep it.
He could feel her heart pound wildly under his lips, her shortness of breath, and the tremble in her legs. Despite the loss of blood, she was still holding him tighter. He was careful to pick her up and then lay her down on the silk sheets as he drank. Finally, he knew he had to stop. If he kept going, he coil kill her by leaving her with too little blood. With a gasp he pulled his fangs out and licked the pair of puncture wounds on her neck, savoring the last drops of blood. His breathing was heavy. He kissed her lips, the contact as soft as a snowflake on your skin,"Rest now Alethia." he said gently in her ear. He picked her up and placed her in the silk sheets, resting her head on a pillow.
