Gabriel walked along the street and saw the different figures. This street was a danger to those who knew very little of it's history. He could smell young, freshly turned vampires in the air. They were more feral and than one as old as he. If you were looking for a meal, this was the perfect place to either bring one or find one. Girls and guys who enjoyed the sensation of being bitten would roam here, offering there necks to the vampires. When they were bitten it was like being put on a high. Everything seemed to have a magical glow and it seemed almost like a dream. What some of the humans did not understand was that not every vampire offers that dream like state. Some are too hungry to bother to put them under their spell. Humans here were always risking their life.
The wind tossed his silver hair and the moon lit up his grey eyes. Gabriel passed a many figures. One vampire, with two human women at his side tried to shove pass Gabriel and only with a single look the vampire thought otherwise than to stand in Gabriel's way. Gabriel was a older, far stronger vampire. He could make the air thick with more than his predator's aura. When you become a vampire, you sell your soul. Something has to take it's place. Every vampire has that inner demon that drives them to drink blood from a victim.
Gabriel paused at one point noticing a girl that was no older than 15 or 16. She was probably one of those girls who chose to rebel from her parents wishes and snuck out at night. He approached her and her eyes caught sight of him. He saw her try to fill herself with false confidence. He could smell the nervousness and fear on her,"Come here sweetheart. I won't hurt you." he said to the girl. Her hair was long and brown. Her eyes were a very beautiful hazel. She was dressed in the average teen clothes of torn jeans and 2 layered tang tops.
The girl's eyes grew wide, but she was pulled in my his grey eyes. He held his hand out to her and she placed her warm hand in his cold grasp. He pulled her to him and he was weaving a spell that took away her nervousness. Gabriel's fangs had grown sharp. He hadn't fed in so long.,"How old are you?"he asked her in a velvety voice.
"Sixteen...." her voice was barely a whisper. He had tilted her head back and was kissing her neck, his fangs brushing against the thin layer of skin. She was deeply intraced and everything seemed perfect in the world for her.He kissed her cheek and brushed his lips over hers. He kissed her neck a final time before whispering in her ear,"You shouldn't be in a place like this....go home." His words were gentle but firm. He broke his spell and he held her till she came back from her dream land,"Why?... the corner of his mouth turned up slightly. His grey eyes were dilated and full of unsatisfied hunger. His fangs still hung over his lip,"This is no place for a child." It took so much control to not to drink. Her neck had been bared to him and he had been able to feel the pulse beneath her skin. He was so close and his inner demon growled in disatisfaction.
With that he released her and she glanced at him,her cheeks pink with embarrassment. He tilted her head up with his finger and gave her a reassuring smile. She ave him a small smile and then made her way away from this place. Gabriel sighed and leaned back against a building and looked to the sky,"I should earn some brownie points for that one." he said and chuckled. He knew his soul was damned but it wouldn't kill to play the good guy every once in a while-open-

Addy turned up her MP3 player as she walked boldly down the back street. She tried to push her headphones further into her ear to block out the noises she didn't want to hear. She noticed a girl her age leaving and she quickened her pace. Seeing by the flush on her face, she'd had an encounter with one of the world's leeches.
Addy grimaced. Though she wasn't a werewolf, the world renowned enemy of the vampires, she was still sort of that - an emotional wolf shape-shifter. She jumped out of the way of a young man, around twenty, who hissed at Addy then went back to twirling a young girl's long, blonde hair around his finger. Addy wanted to warn her about what was soon to come next for the vampire's victim but thought better of it. She looked like she was enjoying it. Addy wasn't a party pooper.
The shape-shifter bit into her bottom lip as she saw the end of the alley. Darn it, why did she have to walk through here to get to somewhere she wanted to go to. She kept her eyes on the path ahead in the hopes that if she couldn't see the people lurking against and amongst the buildings, they wouldn't see her either.
Her plan backfired though as she saw a man with silver hair, and the most amazing of grey eyes. She knew he was a vampire, it was all too obvious. But her head turned so her eyes never had to leave his face. Addy tripped over her feet and yelped as her jaw made contanct with the floor.
"Blame it on the vampire," she snarled as she picked herself up and brushed herself off. She glared at the vampire and growled. She had a good mind to turn and have a go at biting him. She'd probably get nowhere with her attacks, but it would be better than standing there and merely giving him the death stare. Just in case he found her little upset amusing, as most sadistic bloodsuckers did, she spat at him, "found that funny, did you?"

Gabriel simply enjoyed the moonlight. It was very calming to him since he was a child. It was not harsh like it's counter part. It didn't shoot down death rays of UV. It simply sat in the sky happily doing it's own thing. It was a beacon to the werewolves and a mother to the vampires. The moon promised them life, when the sun denied them. For a moment, clouds covered the moon briefly, but then the light returned. It washed over him like a wave, lightening his features and bring his grey eyes to life.
He had rested against the wall till he heard another pass by. Not only did the girl stride pass, but he all to a fall. He could smell that her blood, that of a shifter. She was a very intriguing person. Already he could hear her spitting words to blame him about the fall. Go figure.
He raised a eye brow at her words with a corner of his mouth slightly upturned. You could see one of his fangs very clearly. They had yet to disappear from his earlier when blood had been close,"Certainly not." he said in a amused tone, attempting not to crack a smile. Ok. It was alittle funny. It wasn't often he got to see people fall on their face,"Ok ,maybe like this much." he said indicating the amount with his pointer and thumb, slightly spaced.

Addy pouted. Her eyes narrowed. "That much? So you did find it funny!" Addy growled, showing her enlarged canines. "Oh you are asking for it, you are seriously asking for it, leech! I may not be a werewolf but I can - and will - bite!" She glared down the street. She hated vampires.
Absolutely loathed them.
I want to wipe that look off of his face. In fact, I want to wipe his face off fool stop. Parasites. And to think, that girl... I know he had something to do with her! I bet he was going to drink from her! Stupid girl for coming down here... Adele gave the vampire a quick look over and sneered.
And stupid vampire.
Addy inched a little closer to him, drawn in by his aura. "I'm Addy. What's you name?"
She didn't want to hold out any part of her for the bloodsucker to shake. No sir-ee. He might take a bite of her. But, then again, he might not and he might so her a coward if she didn't. Addy held her hand out for him and never took her eyes off of his portruding fang the whole time.

The shifter almost reminded him of a bomb. Ticking slowing till eventually....BOOM! It exploded. Well he doubted she would self combust, but he tried to figure out if she was just simply short tempered by his existence or she short tempered with life in general. He would put his money on his existence once. He had come to this city because it worked hard to find some peace between the species. It didn't mean that everyone would agree with it. They might even be putting on a act. He was sure that even the most loathing of any species would eventually come around. Everything just took time.
He listened calmly as she spat out threats of biting. He watched her canines enlarge and he could see the loathing in her eyes. His remained cool and collected despite for her obvious hate for him. He looked at her curiously. He hadn't come around many of any species that were as vocal with their hate. She was very outspoken.
He was surprised when she took a step forward. She told him her name and held out a hand for him to shake. Maybe she wasn't so much bark than bite after all,"Gabriel." he said with a small smile and shook her hand. His body temperature was far lower than her own. He noticed her gaze never left his mouth,"Wolf shifter?" he asked when he released her had.
