[/font]She watched carefully as the sun began to sink below the horizon. The sphere began to wrap colors of golds, oranges and yellows together. She sat alone for the day, sitting on a park bench outside the side of a small pond. Her right leg was crossed over her right as she folded her arms underneath her thights to keep them warm. her chest heaved as she took in a deep breath of oxygen. Closing her eyes..she took in the peace that stood around her. As she released her air, she knew it was going to get dark soon. Tonight she didn't feel like walking alone home. Alethia uncrossed her legs, as she pushed herself from the bench. Her jeans were tucked into a pair of high heel boots, as she wore a coat with a scarf. Placing her hands inside her coat pocket, Alethia took another look around at the scene before her. Smirking as she took a quick side glance around. Alethia walked towards the pond's edge. Looking down at her reflection, she saw her golden hair hanging around her face.
Reaching her hands down towards her boots, she grabbed ahold of the zipper and pulled her right boot off. Proceeding to the next boot. Once both boots were off, she rolled up her pant legs. Wiggling her toes, she gave a small chuckle to herself before wading into the water. As the water touched her feet and wrapped around her ankles. Her body gave a shiver as the cold of the water bit into her. The coldness did not bother her at all, she welcomed it. Bending down, her brown eyes scanned the waters edge until she spotted a smooth flat rock. Pikcing it up she threw it up in the air and as it came down she caught the rock. Inspecting it over in her hand, she then tossed it over the waters edge. Sending ripples throughout the small pond. She watched as it skipped four times across the surface of the water until it sunk.
Grabbing her boots, not caring to put them on since her feet were wet. She walked out of the water, there she walked by the waters edge till she heard voices. Noticing these voices were up ahead, she walked to a path where they stood. Her lips portrayed a smile as she caughts the views of the two people ahead. Both were men talking amoungst one another. She smiled towards them as she walked by. Her eyes caught theirs staring dwon at her bare feet. Spinning she turned around to face them and began to walk backwards away from them.
"Can't blame a girl for not wanting to wear heels"
they caught her words as they casted one another a look. Giving them a quarky smile, she then turned her back to them and walked the rest of the way home.
